I set a goal, that I wanted yo lose 30 pounds by Labour Day weekend. I researched some diet plans, and came to the conclusion that Nutri-System would be my best bet.
After filling out the web page, and ordering my food, they told me I was allowed 1,600 calories a day. I felt that was too much, so I dropped it down to 1,000 calories a day.
I also cut soda and Starbucks out of my diet. And I walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes a day.
Once I hit my 30lbs goal, I decided to keep going, and dropped 40 pounds.
